As an extension of the virtual gallery installation, Pain Power, Protection, I created an animation that shows what it would look like if someone was walking through the gallery installation. The animations of the heads following the gaze of the viewer was inspired by the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland, where the viewers walked through a hallway and the busts would follow the gaze of the riders. I wanted to convey the feeling of being uncomfortable yet curious as to what these sculptures are and the mystical effect of them moving.
